What it does

This skill gives an AI agent a three-step recipe for handling an incident review in Google Workspace. The agent creates a Google Doc titled as a post-mortem with a template outline (Summary, Timeline, Root Cause, Action Items), schedules a one-hour Google Calendar review meeting with an attendee, and sends a short notification to a Google Chat space. It runs these steps through the gws command-line tool and relies on three other skills (Docs, Calendar, Chat) for the underlying actions.

  • Sensitive incidents where the agent could post to a shared Chat space or invite people without review; each step writes to real systems

Get better results

  • Edit the hardcoded attendee, start/end times and Chat space ID before running, since the example values are placeholders.
  • Ask the agent to confirm the document title, invite and Chat message before each step runs, because these actions are sent to other people.
  • Fill in the Summary, Timeline and Root Cause sections of the generated doc afterwards; the skill only creates the outline.
