What it does

Once installed, the agent checks its writing against a sample brand's voice rules: friendly but professional, clear and concise, confident, and empathetic. It favors active voice, short sentences, "you" language, and calls-to-action, and avoids jargon and buzzwords such as "leverage" or "cutting-edge". It also uses included email and social post templates and examples of good and bad copy as reference. The skill is written around one example company's identity, so you would need to edit it to match your own brand.
