What it does
When you ask it to babysit a pull request, the agent keeps checking the PR's status, CI checks, and review comments in a loop instead of stopping after one look. It reads new feedback, checks whether bot or human comments point to real problems, fixes genuine issues, pushes changes, and repeats until the PR is clean. It then reports evidence such as the latest commit, check results, and remaining unresolved threads.
Great for
- Developers who want an agent to shepherd a PR through code review and CI without manual re-checking
- Teams using GitHub with automated reviewers or bots that leave many review comments
Skip it if
- Repositories where the agent should not push commits or resolve review threads without a person approving each step, because the skill does both automatically once fixes are verified
- Projects not hosted on GitHub, since it depends on the GitHub CLI (gh) and GitHub's GraphQL API
Try asking
- “Babysit PR 142 until checks pass and all review comments are resolved”
- “Monitor my current branch's pull request and keep fixing CI failures and review feedback”
- “Keep checking the reviews on this PR and tell me when it's ready to merge”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Tell the agent the PR number and any preferred polling interval, since the default is roughly 30-60 seconds
- Review the commits it pushes and the threads it resolves, especially for bot comments that may be wrong
- Make sure your local working tree is clean or known, because the skill reports dirty files and leaves them untouched
