What it does

This skill is a closing step for an AI agent that has already been set up and launched. When asked to wrap up, it reads the project's build sheet and goal files, lists every part of the agent the owner now controls (model, tools, environment, memory, deployment schedule and so on), and regenerates a single self-contained HTML overview page. It then ranks and suggests the next one or two improvements, based on deferred items and standard hardening steps.

Great for

  • Founders or builders who launched a Claude Managed Agent and want a clear summary of what is live
  • Teams who need a shareable, single-file overview page of an agent setup
  • Anyone following the same agent-launcher workflow who wants a recap and a roadmap of next steps

Skip it if

  • People who have not built an agent with the agent-launcher workflow, since it expects specific files like build-sheet.json and goal.json in ./my-agent/ (it will not be useful without them)
  • Situations where the build sheet is out of date, because the recap is only as accurate as the recorded sheet and the skill is told not to claim primitives that were not created

Try asking

  • “Wrap up my agent and tell me what I own now”
  • “Give me the summary of the agent we launched”
  • “Recap the agent and regenerate the overview page”
  • “Close this out and suggest my next two upgrades”
Step-by-step guide: how to use Wrap-up Agent CloseoutInstall, first run, examples, tips and FAQs

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Download the skill

    The ZIP contains the 5 original files, the MIT licence and an attribution note.

    wrap-up.zip
  2. 2

    Add it to your agent

    Claude Code (all projects)

    mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && unzip wrap-up.zip -d ~/.claude/skills/

    Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip wrap-up.zip -d .claude/skills/

    Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

    No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Keep build-sheet.json updated before wrapping up, since the inventory and suggestions are generated only from that file
  • Review the generated agent-overview.html before sharing it, because it reflects the sheet contents and may include configuration details
  • Run the scripts yourself first with the --sample flag to see the output format before using them on a real project
