What it does

Once installed, the agent can produce first-draft business agreements such as freelance development contracts, client proposals, statements of work, NDAs and master service agreements. It asks for key details (parties, scope, price, dates, jurisdiction), fills in standard templates, and outputs Markdown with instructions for converting the result to a Word (.docx) file using pandoc. It includes basic notes on US, EU, UK and German (DACH) legal conventions.
