What it does

Once installed, the agent can analyse a file of customer account data and produce health scores (green, yellow, red), churn risk tiers with suggested interventions, and ranked upsell or expansion opportunities. It uses fixed, rule-based formulas from three bundled Python scripts rather than guessing, so results are repeatable. It can also fill in quarterly business review, onboarding and success plan templates.

Great for

  • Customer success managers reviewing a portfolio of SaaS accounts before renewal meetings
  • Revenue or account teams looking for prioritised upsell candidates
  • Analysts who want a transparent, editable scoring baseline before building a custom model

Skip it if

  • Teams without structured per-customer usage and support data, since the scripts require specific nested JSON fields and will fail or produce weak results otherwise
  • Making final decisions on individual customer contracts or pricing without human review, because the weights and thresholds are generic defaults and not validated against your business

Try asking

  • “Score the health of all customers in my customer_portfolio.json and list the red accounts”
  • “Which accounts have the highest churn risk this quarter, and what intervention does each tier suggest?”
  • “Find expansion opportunities among healthy accounts and rank them by priority”
  • “Draft a QBR deck outline for a enterprise customer using the QBR template”

Get better results

  • Start by running the scripts on the included sample_customer_data.json to see the expected input and output before using real customer data
  • Review and adjust the weights and segment thresholds in the script constants to match your own business before relying on the scores
  • Remove or anonymise customer names and contract details if you share the data with an AI service
