What it does

When you explicitly ask a question about your Obsidian vault (a folder of notes), this skill makes the agent search and read the wiki pages first, then answer with wikilink citations. It separates accepted, provisional, contested and unsupported claims using the vault's provenance ledgers, and it says when the vault lacks the answer instead of filling the gap from general knowledge. It never edits, saves or logs anything in the vault.

Get better results

  • Start your question with an explicit trigger phrase such as query the wiki so the skill is used only when you want vault evidence
  • Use query quick for simple lookups and query deep when you want competing pages and remaining gaps examined
  • If you want the answer kept, ask for it to be saved; that uses the separate save skill, which requires your consent
