What it does

This skill helps an AI agent break a big project into an ordered list of goals and record progress in an append-only ledger stored in the repository under .omc/ultragoal. That lets work survive session restarts and fresh worktrees. The skill cannot set Claude's native /goal itself; it prints handoff instructions that the active agent must follow, and the user may need to type the /goal command manually.

  • Pass --plan-id or --auto-plan-id in every subcommand when several sessions share one workspace, so plans do not overwrite each other

  • Remember that --claude-goal-json is self-reported by the model and does not satisfy the /goal guard; type /goal yourself when asked
