What it does

This skill teaches the agent a disciplined way to clean up code that an AI wrote and that works but feels bloated: duplicate logic, dead code, pass-through wrappers, and weak tests. The agent first locks in current behavior with regression tests, writes a cleanup plan, then removes code in small, reversible steps, deleting before adding. It can also run a separate reviewer-only pass (--review) that checks cleanup work without editing files.
