What it does

This skill teaches an AI agent to act as a strategy consultant that checks whether a company's goals (OKRs) cascade down cleanly from leadership to teams and individuals. The agent can run a structured diagnosis: whether the strategy is stated clearly enough, which team goals have no parent company goal, which goals conflict with each other, which departments work in silos, and where leadership's message gets distorted. It can then suggest realignment steps such as cross-functional reviews and quarterly checks. An included Python script can read a JSON file of company and team OKRs and report orphan goals, conflicts and coverage gaps.
