What it does

This skill helps a legal or compliance team turn a gap in an internal policy into a first-draft, marked-up fix. After a gap was identified (by a companion gap-finding or policy-comparison step), the agent reads the current approved policy and the rule text, checks whether the rule is still in force, and proposes the smallest possible wording change with inline notes explaining each change. The output goes to a new, clearly labeled draft file. It never overwrites the original policy and never marks the gap as closed; a human policy owner must review, apply and approve the change.
