What it does

This skill helps lawyers working across many clients keep each client's or engagement's notes and facts in separate folders so that details from one matter do not leak into another. Once installed, the agent can create a new matter folder with a short intake questionnaire, list existing matters, switch which matter is active, detach to practice-level work, and archive closed matters (moved to an archive folder, never deleted). It is designed to be used alongside the ai-governance-legal plugin and only activates for private-practice users; in-house setups are told they don't need it.
