What it does
Helps a startup decide whether to sign a prospective business partner, at what tier (referral, reseller, OEM, services/consulting, or strategic alliance), with what joint sales commitment, and at what revenue-share percentage. The agent works through an intake form, runs three Python scripts that apply fixed threshold rules and output a tier verdict, a 90-day plan and a revenue-share model, then lists kill criteria for unwinding a weak partnership. It does not sign anything; a human makes the final call.
Great for
- Heads of Partnerships or Business Development reviewing a reseller, OEM or strategic alliance proposal
- Founders deciding whether an inbound partner has genuine independent customer demand
- Teams redesigning a partner program tier structure
Skip it if
- Technical demos or proof-of-concept work, which the skill says belongs to a different skill (lack of fit, not risk)
- Acquisition decisions, since the skill redirects M&A to another skill
- Final contract approval: the scripts apply simplified rules and default percentage bands that are only starting points, so relying on them without commercial and legal review risks poor terms
Try asking
- “Should we sign this consulting firm as a reseller or a services partner? Here is their intake form.”
- “Model the revenue share for an OEM deal at 40 to 55 percent versus our direct sale margin.”
- “Draft a 90-day joint go-to-market plan for our new reseller in EMEA.”
- “Review our underperforming partnership and tell me the kill criteria to write into the contract.”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Fill in the intake template honestly; the skill says if it cannot be completed, the partner has not shown enough substance to evaluate.
- Run the --sample flag first to see the output format before using real partner data.
- Treat the revenue-share bands and industry profiles as negotiating reference points and verify them against your own unit economics.
