What it does

This skill guides an AI coding agent through installing or refreshing oh-my-claudecode, a add-on toolkit for Claude Code. It updates your CLAUDE.md instruction file (locally for one project or globally for all sessions), sets up a HUD statusline, checks for updates, and configures team-mode defaults. It is meant to run once after installing the plugin and again after upgrades.

  • Use --local for per-project changes so your global CLAUDE.md is left alone
  • Choose preserve mode for global setup if you want to keep your existing CLAUDE.md and have OMC load only via the omc launcher
