What it does
This skill makes an AI agent run a structured delivery process for a software change: it checks that the project's documentation scaffolding is in place, turns a mission brief into a spec and a set of ordered tickets, works the ready tickets in parallel, verifies the result, and writes a completion report with a decision log. It pauses for a human at specific points where a judgment call or an expensive mistake is possible, and otherwise lets the agent proceed on work it can check itself. It depends on the surrounding oh-my-claudecode tooling (drydock, team, navigator) and is only meant to be invoked explicitly by a user.
Great for
- Teams using the oh-my-claudecode framework who want a repeatable, checkpointed process for multi-ticket changes
- Developers who want agents to parallelize independent tickets while keeping humans on approval points
- Projects that already track specs and sub-issues in an external issue tracker
Skip it if
- Small one-off edits, where the overhead of the audit gate, spec and ticket decomposition is not worth it
- Vague or exploratory efforts with an unclear destination; the skill routes these to a different navigator skill and does not start
- Repositories without the required shipyard documentation files (CLAUDE.md and GLOSSARY.md), since the run is blocked until they exist
Try asking
- “/launch <mission brief describing the feature to ship>”
- “/launch path/to/existing-spec.md --serial”
- “Run the launch pipeline for the billing export change and stop at each human checkpoint for approval”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Write a clear mission brief with objective and scope, since the first human checkpoint depends on it
- Expect the run to block on any high-confidence audit finding; fix those findings rather than overriding them
- Answer batched human questions promptly so independent tickets are not left waiting
