What it does

Once installed, the agent can run the cli-anything-intelwatch command on a company's web domain to produce a deep profile covering financial data, detected technology stack, and optionally an AI-generated due diligence summary. It is aimed at sales research and M&A-style company checks rather than writing or coding. The skill itself is only instructions telling the agent how to call this external command-line tool.

Great for

  • Sales teams researching prospect companies by domain name
  • Analysts doing preliminary competitive or M&A background checks on a company
  • Developers who want the agent to pull a quick company overview from the terminal

Skip it if

  • Verifying facts for legal or investment decisions without checking the output yourself, since the SKILL.md gives no information on data sources, accuracy, or how the AI analysis is produced
  • Profiling private individuals or using it for surveillance-style OSINT, which raises privacy and legal concerns the skill does not address
  • Environments where Node.js/npx cannot be installed or where outbound network calls to the tool's backend are not permitted

Try asking

  • “Profile kpmg.fr for a sales call tomorrow”
  • “Run an AI due diligence profile on target-client.com before we meet them”
  • “Give me a deep breakdown of doctolib.fr's business and tech stack”
Step-by-step guide: how to use Intelwatch Company ProfilerInstall, first run, examples, tips and FAQs

Install in 3 steps

  1. 1

    Download the skill

    The ZIP contains the 1 original files, the Apache-2.0 licence and an attribution note.

    skills.zip
  2. 2

    Add it to your agent

    Claude Code (all projects)

    mkdir -p ~/.claude/skills && unzip skills.zip -d ~/.claude/skills/

    Claude Code / Agent SDK (this project only)

    mkdir -p .claude/skills && unzip skills.zip -d .claude/skills/

    Claude apps (web/desktop): Settings → Capabilities → Skills → Upload skill, and choose the ZIP.

  3. 3

    Ask for the task

    No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.

Get better results

  • Verify the installed package source and the pip package before running, since the skill executes it and the SKILL.md does not describe its code or data handling
  • Check the output against primary sources; the SKILL.md makes broad claims like 'in seconds' without evidence of accuracy
  • Use the plain profile command when you do not need AI analysis, and review what domain names you submit if they are confidential
