What it does
This skill teaches an AI agent to act as an intake desk for a project's incoming issues, bug reports, feature requests and outside pull requests. The agent checks each claim against the repository and the tracker, reuses decisions the maintainer already made, and carries out only actions a maintainer has explicitly authorized. Anything new, such as accepting, rejecting, or changing scope, is prepared as a single question with options, a recommendation and evidence, and waits for the maintainer's signature. The skill states that it never merges.
Great for
- Maintainers of busy open-source repositories who receive many repetitive issues and PRs
- Teams using the oh-my-claudecode setup that want consistent, recorded triage decisions
Skip it if
- Small projects with few incoming requests, where the overhead of formal records and standing rules adds little value
- Anyone expecting the agent to close or merge work on its own judgment, since the skill forbids this except under explicit signed rules
- Non-GitHub trackers, because the file says only remote GitHub is supported in this version and other backends stop with an error
Try asking
- “sweep the open issues and PRs and tell me what is ready for a decision”
- “look at #123 and verify whether the reported bug still reproduces on the current head”
- “what's ready?”
- “sign the proposal for #456 with the option to accept the feature behind a flag”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Run the sweep first to see the docket, then act on individual items, so the maintainer reviews a short list of decisions rather than the whole backlog.
- Write explicit standing rules for repeated patterns, with exceptions such as regressions and security reports, so the agent can act on them without asking each time.
- Check that the remote repository the agent reports is the one you intend before approving any actions, since the skill relies on this binding.
