What it does
When installed, the agent reviews a contract, term sheet, equity grant, or similar document through six lawyer-style questions: who owns the IP, what the liability cap and carve-outs are, whether personal data needs a data processing agreement, how termination and auto-renewal work, whether new regulations apply, and how employment and equity are handled. It then produces a structured report with a risk table, a list of items for outside counsel, and a red, yellow, or green verdict. The skill itself is a checklist and report template; it does not give legal advice and says so explicitly.
Great for
- Founders reviewing a term sheet or customer contract before they talk to a lawyer
- Teams wanting a consistent checklist of issues to raise with outside counsel
- Anyone preparing a list of specific questions to bring to a paid legal review
Skip it if
- Replacing a qualified lawyer on binding decisions: the skill states it is not legal advice and the verdicts can miss jurisdiction-specific issues
- Regulated industries like healthcare, fintech, or medical devices where the listed frameworks (HIPAA, FDA, BSA/AML) need expert interpretation
- Relying on default numbers such as a 12-month liability cap or 4-year vesting as market standard without checking the actual deal
Try asking
- “/c-level-agents:gc-review our customer MSA before we redline it”
- “/c-level-agents:gc-review this term sheet from the Series A investor”
- “/c-level-agents:gc-review the IP assignment agreement for our new contractor”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Paste the full contract text rather than a summary so the six questions can be checked clause by clause
- Treat the output as a list of questions for your lawyer, not a final decision, and bring the top three issues to counsel
- Mention your jurisdiction and deal size up front, since many thresholds and regulations depend on them
