Once installed, the agent helps you build company culture as observable day-to-day behavior rather than posters. It walks through mission, vision and values workshops, turns vague values into concrete behavioral anchors, drafts a public culture code, outlines a quarterly culture health survey with score interpretation, and suggests rituals suited to your company size. It also flags problems such as value-washing and culture debt.
