What it does

When invoked, the agent acts like a multi-framework compliance officer and interrogates a compliance program with six structured questions: which frameworks apply, where they overlap, who owns each piece of evidence, whether the audit calendar and auditor independence are sound, how a mock audit's findings are distributed, and whether management reviews are integrated. It then produces a readiness report with a green, yellow or red verdict and top three actions. The skill points to helper Python scripts for parts of the analysis, but the SKILL.md itself is mainly a structured checklist and report template.
