What it does

This skill teaches an AI agent how to choose among many tools for research, notes, writing documents and publishing. Instead of using one fixed tool, the agent looks at what you need (for example, searching the web, pulling article text, managing citations, or converting a file to PDF), checks which tools are installed or have credentials set, and picks a suitable option. It also explains to you which API key to add if a better paid or metered service would help.
