What it does
This skill makes an AI agent act like a panel of company executives (CEO, CFO, CTO, CISO, CMO and others) reviewing one strategy brief. Each role first forms its own view without seeing the others, then the views are challenged, a devil's advocate pass looks for weak points, and the agent produces a written board memo with a recommendation, vote tally, dissenting opinions and kill criteria. It depends on other parts of the same plugin (briefs, decision logging, a board-meeting protocol) that are referenced but not included in the file reviewed.
Great for
- Founders or small-company leaders who want a structured stress test of a decision that touches several functions, such as a pricing change or a raise-versus-cut runway call
- Developers or students studying how multi-agent deliberation protocols can be structured
- Teams that want a written record of dissent alongside a recommendation
Skip it if
- Simple or single-domain questions, where a multi-role panel adds cost and little value
- Final decisions with legal, financial or safety consequences: the output is AI-generated reasoning and should be checked by qualified humans, since the memo itself says the founder makes the final call
- Users without the referenced sibling skills and plugin files, because the workflow points to missing components and may not run as described
Try asking
- “Run a boardroom review on my brief about changing our pricing tiers across finance, positioning and product”
- “Should we raise prices or cut costs to extend our runway? Convene the C-suite and give me a board memo”
- “Take this strategy brief and produce a voted memo with dissent and kill criteria”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Write a clear, one-sentence question and list success and kill criteria in the brief before running it, so the panel has concrete targets
- Treat the vote tally as a prompt for discussion rather than a verdict, and read the dissent section closely
- Check the memo's assumptions against your own financial and market data, because the advisors reason only from what the brief and company context provide
