What it does

This skill lets an AI assistant draft a unanimous written consent, a document that lets a company's board or committee approve something without holding a meeting. It looks for the closest prior consent in a configured repository or seed documents, adapts it to the current action, and outputs a draft plus a signatory checklist and review prompts. It also warns the user and can stop when a major one-off action, such as an acquisition or financing, is requested for same-day signature.
