What it does
This skill is a routing and persona definition for a voice assistant named Mars. When you talk to the voice agent and ask for depth, reflection, or an impressive demo, the agent switches to Mars, which reflects on what you're thinking, looks up related notes from your personal knowledge base, and can show off what the assistant can do. Mars deliberately refuses scheduling, tasks, and email, redirecting those to a sister persona called Venus. Its tools are read-only by default, so it cannot save anything to your brain unless you opt in locally.
Great for
- Developers building a voice personal-assistant setup who want a reflective or demo persona
- People who want a voice agent to talk through their thoughts while drawing on their own saved notes
- Teams demonstrating a personal AI on stage or to an audience
Skip it if
- Logistics such as calendar, tasks, or email, which Mars explicitly hands off to Venus; the skill itself is not an assistant for those
- Non-English speakers, since Mars is English-only in this release and will say so
- Anyone expecting a licensed therapist or emotional support; it is a conversational persona and its prompt file was not reviewed here, so behaviour around sensitive topics is unverified
Try asking
- “Talk to Mars about what's on my mind today”
- “Ask Mars to help me think through a decision I'm stuck on”
- “Start a call with Mars inside the real-estate topic so it already knows our recent notes”
- “Demo mode: introduce a new contact and have Mars look them up in my brain”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Use the topicId link parameter rather than pasting topic content into the URL, since the skill itself warns against placing content in URLs.
- Keep write tools disabled unless you have a clear need; Mars is designed to be read-only from voice.
- If Mars drifts into scheduling, say so and switch to Venus, since the skill's own guardrail depends on the persona prompt, which should be checked before relying on it.
