What it does
Once installed, the agent analyzes your user feedback, interviews, support tickets, surveys or usage data and groups users into at least three distinct segments based on what they do and what they are trying to get done, rather than just age or location. For each segment it writes a profile covering typical behavior, jobs-to-be-done, pain points, how well your product fits them, possible messaging, and whether to invest in, maintain or de-prioritize that group. It is a structured analysis prompt; it does not run code or contact outside services by itself.
Great for
- Product managers who want to find hidden customer groups in a pile of feedback
- Founders or researchers preparing a segmentation model before a strategy meeting
- Teams with mixed feedback sources that need one structured view of who their users are
Skip it if
- Small or very thin feedback sets, where the skill may invent segments that the data cannot support (the output should be checked against real data)
- Statistical segmentation that needs quantitative clustering on large datasets; this is a qualitative reading of text, not a validated statistical model
- Decisions that depend on demographic or legal compliance data, since the skill focuses on behavior and needs
Try asking
- “Segment these 200 support tickets into distinct user groups and tell me which to prioritize”
- “Analyze our survey responses and identify at least three jobs-to-be-done based segments”
- “Build a user segmentation model from these interview transcripts with representative quotes”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Paste or attach the raw feedback, tickets or usage data directly so the agent can ground segments in real quotes rather than assumptions
- Say which product or feature you mean in your request, since the skill fills in the target from your input
- Check the segment sizes and quotes yourself, because the sizes are estimates and small samples can mislead
