OKRs are a goal-setting method: one inspiring objective plus a few measurable key results that show whether you got there. Once this skill is installed, when you ask the agent to help set quarterly goals for a team, it acts like an experienced product leader and writes three different OKR sets, each with an objective, three key results with numeric targets, and a short rationale.
