What it does
This skill teaches an AI agent how a maintainer of the prisma/orm project should review unsolicited pull requests from people outside the core team. Once installed, the agent pulls the open PR queue with the GitHub CLI, filters to external contributors, scans the code changes for risky patterns, and reads the CI workflow files to judge whether a fork PR is safe to run. It then reports a verdict and evidence for each PR, plus draft replies, while leaving the actual decisions to the maintainer. The skill is read-only by default and is meant to follow the project's own written triage criteria in docs/oss/pr-triage.md, which the skill file says take precedence.
Great for
- Maintainers of prisma/orm who need to work through a backlog of contributor pull requests
- Reviewers deciding whether a fork PR can have its CI workflows approved safely
- Teams that want a consistent, documented procedure for triaging stale or out-of-scope PRs
Skip it if
- Ordinary users or other open-source projects, since it is tied to prisma/orm's repository layout and triage document; it would need adapting elsewhere
- Anyone expecting it to close PRs or approve CI on its own, which it is designed not to do without a separate instruction
- Situations where the agent's shell is not set up with the GitHub CLI and access to the repository, as the procedure will not run
Try asking
- “Triage the open contributor PRs to prisma/orm and give me a verdict for each one”
- “Is it safe to approve CI on PR #NNNNN from this fork?”
- “Which contributor PRs have gone stale in the last few months?”
- “Evaluate the PRs from these usernames against the pr-triage criteria”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Name the contributors or PR numbers you want covered, otherwise the agent will triage the whole external queue, which can be large
- Treat the verdicts as a starting point: have a maintainer confirm any CI approval or account classification before acting
- Keep the project's docs/oss/pr-triage.md up to date, since the skill defers to it when the two disagree
