What it does
Once installed, the agent treats a pile of user feedback (reviews, survey answers, CSVs, PDFs, social listening reports) as research material. It groups users into at least three segments, scores each segment's overall sentiment from -1 to +1, summarizes what each group wants done (jobs-to-be-done), lists what they like and complain about with quotes, and suggests prioritized improvements. The skill is only a set of written instructions; it does not include any scripts or tools of its own.
Great for
- Product managers who have a large set of reviews or survey responses and want a structured first-pass synthesis
- Researchers preparing segment profiles for a product or market research report
- Marketers who want to understand satisfaction patterns across customer groups
Skip it if
- Statistically rigorous sentiment measurement: the scores are produced by the model reading the text, not validated algorithms, so small or unrepresentative samples can give misleading numbers
- Sensitive personal data such as health, financial or identifiable customer records, since the feedback is pasted or uploaded into the agent's context and the skill gives no privacy guidance
Try asking
- “Analyze these 500 App Store reviews and identify the main user segments with sentiment scores and pain points”
- “Here is our Q3 customer survey CSV; run a sentiment analysis and tell me what each segment is trying to get done”
- “Summarize satisfaction patterns and jobs-to-be-done from these support feedback PDFs”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Provide the feedback files or pasted data directly and state the product name, since $ARGUMENTS is filled from your request
- Ask the agent to flag segments with small sample sizes, as the skill asks for this but results still need human checking
- Treat sentiment scores as directional and verify key quotes against the original data
