What it does

Once installed, when you ask for security updates, the agent checks six security news, research and breach-report sources and returns a single digest of up to 32 items, grouped into Security News, Security Research and Security Ideas. Each item is attributed to its source and duplicate stories reported by several sites are merged. A local state file records what was already shown, so later runs list only new items.
