Once installed, the agent reads a contract's main title and exhibit titles, decides which review skill applies (NDA, vendor agreement, or SaaS terms), and asks you to confirm that routing before reviewing. It then checks the agreement against a playbook file you've configured and combines the findings into one review memo, with optional follow-ups like a stakeholder summary or a redline document. It is a coordinator for legal review rather than a standalone legal reviewer.

Get better results

  • Run the cold-start interview first so the playbook is filled in; otherwise the skill will stop.
  • Leave confirm_routing set to true until you have seen the routing decisions work correctly on several contracts.
  • Treat the memo as a first-pass draft and have counsel verify deviations and redline language before anything is sent to the counterparty.
