What it does
Once installed, the agent keeps a personal file of your household's cuisines, favorite restaurants, drinks and any dietary restrictions. When you ask where to eat, it picks one or a few places that fit that file and the occasion, explaining why, and avoids anything you have marked as a dealbreaker. You can also ask it what you like or tell it to remember a new favorite place, and it adds that to the file. It does not look up live restaurant data itself; it works from what you have recorded.
Great for
- Households that want consistent dinner suggestions based on known tastes
- People who travel and want to save favorite spots and get picks in new cities based on their preferences
- Anyone who wants a running record of favorite restaurants and drinks inside their LifeOS setup
Skip it if
- Booking tables or ordering delivery: the skill has no phone or ordering function and does not do it (it is a recommender only)
- Finding and reviewing businesses in a city or checking live hours, prices or menus: the skill only uses saved data and says so when details are unknown, so use a search or maps tool for that
- Recipes or grocery lists: the skill's scope excludes these
Try asking
- “Where should we eat tonight? We are in the mood for something light near downtown.”
- “Recommend a restaurant for a date night dinner that fits our favorite cuisines.”
- “We tried a new place in town and loved it, so add it to our favorites.”
- “What beer do we like again?”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Run the Setup.md steps first so the Preferences file exists; the skill is designed to stop rather than guess if it is missing.
- Fill in dealbreakers and dietary restrictions explicitly, since picks are meant to avoid them.
- Give the location and occasion in your request, because the skill factors those in and will not invent address or menu details.
