What it does

When installed, this skill tells an AI agent how to work with Prisma 8, a data layer where you describe your database structure in a data contract file, Prisma generates artifacts from it, and migrations are planned from the difference between contract versions. The agent is told to check that the project is actually on Prisma 8 and matches the skill version, to never reset or drop a database to fix problems, and to open the matching reference file (contract, migrations, queries, runtime, Supabase, upgrades, debugging) before writing code, rather than relying on memory of older Prisma versions.
