What it does

When a regulation changes, this skill has the agent pull out each new or changed requirement, find which of your existing internal policies it touches, and compare the policy wording to what the rule now requires. The output is a per-requirement gap analysis saying what is already covered, what is partly covered, and what is missing, plus the specific change each policy needs and who owns it. It also checks whether the rule is still in force and flags uncertainty instead of assuming a published date is binding.
