What it does

Once installed, the agent turns a plain description of your business into a draft policy document: either an outward-facing privacy policy for users, or an internal rulebook for employees (such as data security or anti-bribery rules). It asks where your users are and what data you handle, then writes a Word document with numbered chapters and clauses, plus an Excel checklist that maps each check item to a policy clause and lets you mark yes, no or n/a. Every draft is labelled as a reference draft, not legal advice, and placeholders such as [Company Name] are left for you to fill in.

Great for

  • Small app or startup teams who need a first-draft privacy policy before having it reviewed by counsel
  • HR or operations staff drafting an internal data-security or conduct policy
  • Compliance leads who want a starting checklist tied to policy clauses

Skip it if

  • Publishing or signing a policy without legal review: the skill itself says the output is not legal advice and must be checked by a licensed lawyer, and it does not know your jurisdiction's specific rules
  • Companies needing jurisdiction-specific certainty: the skill deliberately avoids citing statutes and leaves governing law and the regulator blank, so the draft may miss required clauses
  • Situations where you cannot confirm your real data practices, since invented or incomplete data inventories produce a misleading policy

Try asking

  • “Write a privacy policy for our app that collects email addresses and usage analytics”
  • “Draft an employee data-security and compliance policy for a 50-person company”
  • “Create a compliance self-assessment checklist for our anti-bribery policy”

Get better results

  • Before starting, know your real data practices: where data is stored, which third-party SDKs and vendors receive it, and which regions your users are in
  • Have a lawyer review the draft before publishing or signing, and fill in every placeholder and the blank governing-law and regulator fields
  • Check that every retention period, deletion deadline and response time in the draft is something your team can actually honour
