What it does

This is a deprecated placeholder, not a working letter-writing skill. Its only job is to tell the agent that routine client correspondence now lives in /client-letter and substantive client updates now live in /status client. It contains no drafting steps of its own. It says both replacement skills use plain-language standards (reading level, no jargon) defined in a CLAUDE.md file, which is not included here.
