What it does

This is an instruction file that tells an AI agent how to evaluate whether an invention could qualify for a patent. It walks the agent through listing the key features of an invention, checking each prior-art reference for anticipation (a single document disclosing every claim element) and obviousness (combinations of references plus a reason to combine them), then drafting a report with a PASS/FAIL view under US, Chinese and European rules. It is adapted from a research novelty skill and is explicitly advisory, not legal advice.
