What it does
Lets the agent search DoorDash, check menus and order history, and place food delivery orders through DoorDash's official dd-cli tool. Before any charge, it must show the full itemized total, get your explicit yes, and stay under a per-order spending ceiling (default $75). A companion script can text you when the delivery is nearby and when it arrives. Amazon ordering is only planned, not built.
Great for
- People who already use DoorDash and want to order food by chatting with their agent
- Users who want hard spending limits and confirmation before any charge
- Anyone comfortable installing a command-line tool and logging in to their own account
Skip it if
- Ordering for other people or businesses: the skill is for the account owner's own orders, and using it that way can violate DoorDash terms
- Finding where to eat or reading reviews: the skill does not do restaurant recommendations or business search
- Users who want Amazon purchases now: Amazon support is a stub and not yet built
Try asking
- “What ramen can I get delivered right now?”
- “Order me the tonkotsu from that first place”
- “Reorder my usual lunch from DoorDash”
- “Get me dinner delivered, but show me the full total before placing it”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Review the itemized cart carefully at the confirmation step, since DoorDash may finalize a CLI order without a second prompt on its side
- Set your own per-order ceiling in Config.md, and remember a one-time raise applies only to that order
- Run WatchOrder.ts in a second terminal after each order so you get delivery updates
