What it does
Once installed, the agent can check the open issues, pull requests and GitHub Discussions across a list of your own repositories, rank what needs attention, and suggest replies. It can also post or update one bot status comment on an issue or PR instead of stacking new ones, compare newly published Ollama models against models on your local machine, and walk a private repo through a readiness check before you make it public. It is designed to stop and wait for your go-ahead before any public change.
Great for
- Maintainers who manage several open-source GitHub repositories and want a single triage report
- Developers who run local models with Ollama and want to know what new models fit their hardware
- People preparing a private project for a public GitHub release who want a safety audit first
Skip it if
- Repositories outside the list you configure, since the skill is scoped to that list and will not triage others
- Anyone who expects it to merge, publish or pull models without asking, since it is built to leave those decisions to you
- Teams whose GitHub or Ollama setup is not configured, because it cannot run without the gh login and config file
Try asking
- “Check open issues across my open-source repos and tell me what needs attention first”
- “Review the open pull requests and recommend which to merge or review”
- “Is this repo public-ready? Run the readiness audit before I open source it”
- “Do we have the newest open-weight Ollama models, and which ones fit our GPU?”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Run the Setup.md proof command first to confirm gh login and the config keys work before a full triage
- Keep the repo list in Config.md current; the skill only reads repos listed there
- Review the suggested replies and any PR recommendations before acting on them, since the skill does not merge or publish on its own
