What it does
When you need a non-disclosure agreement before sharing sensitive information with another party, this skill makes your agent produce a first-draft NDA as a Word file. It asks who is disclosing what, whether the agreement is one-way or mutual, and which side you represent, then fills in the standard clauses with placeholders for names, periods and amounts. It also adds notes explaining why each clause is written as it is and a list of risk points to check. It is explicitly a reference draft, not legal advice.
Great for
- Founders or staff who need a quick starting draft before a supplier, partner or contractor conversation
- Someone who wants to understand which NDA clauses favour which side before talking to a lawyer
- Reviewing a counterparty's NDA by getting a clause-by-clause list of problems and suggested changes
Skip it if
- Signing a binding contract without a licensed lawyer's review, since the draft is not legal advice and the governing law and court are left blank for you to fill in
- High-value or cross-border deals, or any matter with complex regulatory or jurisdiction-specific requirements, where generic clauses may not hold up
- Situations where you need a finished, jurisdiction-tailored agreement, because the skill is told not to cite specific statutes and only refers to applicable law
Try asking
- “We are about to talk to a supplier, draft a mutual NDA”
- “Review the NDA the other side sent and flag the risks”
- “Draft a one-way NDA where I am disclosing our source code to a contractor”
- “Give me the clause notes and risk points for an NDA between two founders”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Tell the agent which side you represent and what information is being exchanged up front, so the position and scope are right the first time.
- Have the placeholders such as party names, confidentiality period and liquidated damages amount ready, since the agent will ask for them all at once.
- Treat the risk points as negotiation prompts, and have a lawyer review the final text before anyone signs.
