What it does

Once installed, the agent can take an English research paper PDF (all pages or chosen ones) and produce a Chinese PDF where each page is a generated image of a translated version of the original page, keeping the layout, columns, figures and formulas as closely as possible. Each page gets one image-generation attempt, the agent checks each result against the source page and records issues, and then the pages are merged in order into a single PDF. The output is an image-based PDF, not an editable Word file, and it is not a word-for-word proofread.
