What it does

When a code change adds or edits database migration files under a migrations/ folder, this skill tells the AI agent to check only those named files, read a review checklist, and inspect how each migration behaves going forward, how it could be rolled back, whether it could lock tables or touch large amounts of data, and what evidence is missing. It produces a structured report with Scope, Evidence, Risks, Rollback, Blockers, and Decision sections, and marks the decision as blocked when proof is lacking. It does not apply any migration.
