What it does
Once installed, the agent drafts an employment contract or offer letter for a role you describe, and delivers it as a Word document. It first works out which document type fits (employment contract, offer letter, internship or contractor agreement), asks for key details such as pay, term, probation and whether you are the employer or employee, and fills in amounts and dates as placeholders. It ends the document with a signing notes section listing risks to check, and repeats that the draft is not legal advice and should be reviewed by a lawyer.
