Once installed, the agent acts as an interview coach. You share your resume and the target job description, and it builds a full interview prep document: a self-introduction, likely questions with spoken STAR-format answers based only on your real experience, follow-up questions an interviewer might ask, and honest answers to tricky points in your background. It can also run a conversational mock interview, asking one question at a time and commenting on your answers.
