What it does

When installed, the agent answers questions about whether someone may be infringing your intellectual property, or whether you might be infringing theirs. Instead of giving a verdict, it produces a flag list of the legal factors in play and notes which way each one leans (toward the party raising the claim, toward the accused, or mixed), then writes a triage memo and suggests next steps. It is designed to be reviewed by an attorney before any action is taken.
