What it does
Once installed, when you name an industry or investment theme, the agent builds a logic chain from underlying trend to beneficiary companies, sketches the industry's upstream-to-downstream supply chain, and scans companies worldwide (A-shares, Hong Kong, US and others, plus unlisted firms). It then runs a structured analysis of leading companies covering business quality, moat, risks, management, valuation and a star rating, and ends with a sample portfolio allocation and risk review. The skill is written in Chinese and follows a workflow modelled on well-known investors' thinking; it also asks the agent to run a date check, use local helper tools in the repository, and produce a data-audit step before publishing.
Great for
- Investors or analysts who want a structured first-pass industry map and company shortlist, in Chinese
- Students learning how sector research and supply-chain analysis are organised
- Researchers who will independently verify all figures before relying on them
Skip it if
- Anyone seeking personalised financial advice or reliable buy/sell instructions: the output is generated by an AI from web searches and can contain errors or stale data
- Users who will act on specific price targets or position sizes without checking primary sources, since the skill requests such conclusions regardless of data quality
- Non-Chinese readers who need English output, as the instructions are written in Chinese
Try asking
- “Use industry-research to analyse the humanoid robot supply chain”
- “Run industry-research on the solid-state battery industry and list the top companies in each segment”
- “Apply industry-research to the nuclear power theme and flag Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies”
- “Use industry-research to map the AI data-centre supply chain and assess its main risks”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Name a specific sub-sector rather than a broad theme, so the supply-chain map and company scan stay focused
- Verify every figure, price and market cap against primary sources (exchange filings, annual reports) before acting, because the skill's own audit step only samples about 15% of data points
- Ask the agent to state the data cutoff date and mark sources it could not confirm
