When you ask the agent to research a product, company, concept, or person in depth, this skill makes it follow a fixed method: first search the web for the subject's full history (the vertical axis) and its competitors today (the horizontal axis), then combine both into a long written report. The report is converted into a formatted PDF with a cover page, headers, and page numbers. The skill also sets a writing style for the report.
