What it does
When you ask about feeling unhappy, feeling never satisfied, or anxiety, the agent answers using a framework drawn from a book by Naval Ravikant. It frames happiness as a default state that appears when a sense of lack is cleared, and suggests practical steps: list the desires you are waiting to satisfy before you feel happy, keep only one major desire at a time, notice how much time you spend worrying about the future or regretting the past, and pick one small daily happiness habit to track weekly. The skill also tells the agent to point you to professional help if you show signs of clinical depression.
Great for
- People who feel restless or dissatisfied even after achieving goals
- Readers curious about the ideas in Naval Ravikant's writing applied to everyday life
- Anyone wanting a structured reflection exercise on desires and habits
Skip it if
- Clinical depression, anxiety disorders or other conditions needing treatment: the skill itself says its methods cannot replace medical care
- Someone in material hardship or a safety crisis, where the skill says to address survival needs first
- Users expecting scientific proof: the skill's own notes say the evidence is the author's personal experience (n=1)
Try asking
- “Why do I feel unhappy even though I got what I wanted?”
- “My desires never stop, how do I manage having too many?”
- “My mind won't stop worrying about the future, help me stay in the present”
- “How can I become happier day to day?”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- State your situation concretely (for example, a specific desire or worry) so the agent can apply the desire-contract and time-audit steps to it.
- Treat the output as reflective coaching, not medical or psychological advice; seek a professional if low mood lasts two weeks or more.
- Follow the four-step execution sequence over a week, recording your self-rated wellbeing so you can see whether it is trending up.
