What it does
Once installed, the agent can give you spoken, interactive lessons on whatever you are currently working on, deep explanations of an area's core concepts, and quizzes that track what you got wrong. Before explaining, it is meant to re-read the relevant project or system sources so the information reflects the present rather than memory. Over time it records your quiz answers so later quizzes focus on your weak spots.
Great for
- Developers who want to understand a system they just built or debugged
- People who want to stay current on a set of projects or infrastructure they manage
- Learners who prefer being quizzed to passively reading notes
Skip it if
- Quick answers to a single question, since the skill is built for longer lessons and quizzes (a normal chat question is faster)
- Users without the LifeOS setup or the referenced project files, because the skill depends on that environment and its sources
- Users who do not want their quiz answers stored, because the skill appends every answer to a learning record
Try asking
- “teach me (right after debugging DNS records)”
- “/ef billing service”
- “/qf home network”
- “quiz me on the fundamentals of our deployment pipeline”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Run the Setup.md read-only check first so you know whether spoken narration will work.
- Name a specific area (for example 'billing service') so the skill knows which live sources to read.
- Answer quiz questions in your own words; the skill judges application, not recall of printed text.
