What it does
Once installed, when you type a command like /er or say 'log a complaint', the agent saves your exact words as one line in a local feedback ledger, along with some context such as the session and what was requested. It does not paraphrase or rate what you said. Later you can ask it to list recent entries, or to enrich and triage them into follow-up records for the LifeOS Upgrades queue. A separate intent can draft a GitHub issue to the LifeOS project, but only after you review the exact text and confirm it.
Great for
- People running LifeOS who want to record a bug or feature request with context so it can be investigated later
- Developers maintaining a personal agent setup who want a structured feedback log
- Anyone who wants to send feedback about LifeOS upstream as a reviewed GitHub issue
Skip it if
- Simple star ratings or standing rules, which the skill explicitly routes elsewhere (the hook and the Upgrades store), so it is not a general notes app
- Users who do not run LifeOS, since it depends on LifeOS paths and modules (LIFEOS/ERRATA) that must already exist
- Sensitive incident reporting, which is handled by separate incident runbooks and may contain private context that gets written to disk
Try asking
- “/er the deploy said live but the page still 404s”
- “/er bug: the installer assumes zsh”
- “/er review”
- “Send feedback upstream about the triage report naming the wrong fix”

Ask for the task
No special command needed — the agent reads the skill's description and loads it when your request matches. Try one of the prompts above.
Get better results
- Use the tag prefixes (bug:, feature:, praise:) so the entry is filed with the right kind
- Always read the draft and the sha256 before confirming any upstream filing; the Send tool only files with the hash you were shown
- Run the Setup.md read-only proof before relying on the GitHub send path
