What it does

When someone asks a company for a copy of their data, or to delete, port or correct it, this skill guides the agent through the legal process step by step. It checks the request type, verifies identity, looks up each system holding the person's data, considers legal exemptions, and drafts acknowledgment and response letters. It is built for a privacy or legal team handling these requests, and the agent is told not to send anything itself; a human reviews and sends.

Get better results

  • Fill in the systems list and verification method in your CLAUDE.md before first use; the skill flags an empty or stale list as an incomplete DSAR.
  • Redact ID attachments and unrelated email threads before pasting the request, and keep the subject's name out of filenames, since the request contains personal data.
